Delivery of orders in Ukraine

We deliver goods all over Ukraine using the Nova Poshta service from Monday to Friday on business days.

The cost of delivery in Ukraine according to the tariffs of “Nova Poshta” in the available ways:

1. To a branch
2. To a post office
3. Address delivery by courier

Sending an order up to 2 business days from the moment of its confirmation.

Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to the tariffs of the “Nova Poshta” service

The service of free delivery to a post office or post office in Ukraine is available for orders from 4500 UAH upon full payment.

Please note that the delivery of your order starts from the moment it is placed and sent by the seller. If you cancel your order after it has been sent, postage will not be refunded.

Delivery of international orders

We deliver orders (amount from 800 UAH) using the Ukrposhta logistics service. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 days from the date of order dispatch. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.

Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the customs service of the destination country. The recipient will bear the additional costs for customs clearance.

2. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the order (only for delivery by Nova Poshta in Ukraine) *.
3. Cashless payment by bank transfer using the account details for payment

*Cash on delivery orders are shipped by prepayment, which covers transportation costs in case the recipient refuses to accept the order at the post office. Please note that Nova Poshta charges a fee of 2% of the transfer amount + UAH 20 for the cash on delivery service upon receipt.
