EXCHANGE AND RETURN
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the buyer may:
1. Exchange goods of good quality.
2. Return the goods of good quality.
3. Return or exchange goods of inadequate quality.
What goods are subject to exchange:
1. The product that has a receipt;
2. Goods in their original packaging with tags and labels intact and not in use;
3. Goods that have not been purchased within 14 days.
Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned
- Underwear, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas
- Goods that have already been used and have an inappropriate appearance
Exchange and return of goods is carried out at the expense of the client.
In the event of a manufacturing error or size discrepancy, the seller bears the shipping costs.
To make an exchange/return of an online order, you must fill out the application "Return and Exchange of Goods", put the application in the shipment and contact the manager by phone listed on the website or write to the Instagram Direct. You can exchange or return the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase.

As soon as we receive the goods with a sales receipt, the money will be returned to the card or current account from which the payment was made within 3-5 banking days.
